Maggie Cleveland
Upon graduation from TCU, Maggie taught first grade at Tanglewood Elementary for 8 years. After watching David buy, sell and build houses for years, Maggie took the opportunity to join David in the world of real estate. She enjoys helping her residential and commercial clients find/purchase/sell/lease properties that fit their individual needs. DCP is a family business and Maggie and David have three young kids. David Cleveland
David formed David Cleveland Properties shortly after graduating from TCU and has been helping friends buy and sell houses since 2005. After TCU David also spent five years working as a project manager for a high-end Fort Worth homebuilder. During this time David gained extensive construction knowledge that he is able to carry on and share with clients & friends.
Makenzie Pannell
Makenzie absolutely loves working with clients who are searching for their next home or helping friends and family get ready to list and sell homes that have been loved and they have created many memories in. Makenzie is a mom of 3 little ladies under 5 years old, so there is always a chance that a little princess is joining in on her real estate work day! Her parents and siblings have all fallen in love with Fort Worth and she believes there is home here for her next clients!
